CLUB SEEKING NEW TRUSTED SERVANTS, ELECTIONS APRIL 22

The Dupont Circle Club needs your help. The club depends on its members to be trusted servants and manage the business operations and policies that keep our doors open. Each year the board elects new members. The only requirements for board membership are membership in the club and one year of continuous abstinence from alcohol and drug use. Positions on the board include president, vice president, secretary, co-treasurers and fundraising. There also are several at large board positions.

The annual elections for the Dupont Circle Club Board of Directors will be held on April 22 at 7:15 p.m. in the front room.

The board meets once a month, on the fourth Thursday of the month, at 7:15 p.m. The board is responsible for oversight of all aspects of the club's operations and policies. As a member of the board, you can fill a vital service position and help guide the club's activities during the coming year.

There are two more board meetings scheduled before the April 22 election. All club members are invited to sit in on the meetings March 25 and April 8 at 7:15 p.m. to see how your board works and if you'd like to join the club's team of trusted servants.
